The current status

This website previews programmes in development. It does not accept programme payments or confirm enrolment. An enquiry is a request for information, not a purchase, reserved place or commitment to pay.

Programme duration and content are outlines. Final price, currency, applicable taxes, start date, equipment requirements and delivery details must be provided before any customer agrees to buy.

Independent training and support

The intended delivery model is mainly independent training, with a home-first approach and gym alternatives. Live supervised workouts and unlimited coaching access aren’t part of the proposed offer.

Reset is intended to be self-guided. Rebuild Independent is $397 USD and Coached is $1,250 USD. Both include an initial questionnaire review, starting-plan selection and twelve calendar months of resources and product help from the agreed start. Coached adds twelve active weeks of support, as described on the Rebuild page. The final agreement must reflect those commitments. Elite remains a separate proposed service.

Website articles and the assessment are general educational and self-reflection materials, not a diagnosis, medical clearance or personalised exercise prescription. See the health information page before using training ideas.

Results vary. Client stories describe individual experiences and do not guarantee that a future participant will achieve the same outcome. The proposed programmes should not be presented as the cause of earlier results unless that is evidenced.

You don’t need to complete the programme, explain your decision or show that you’ve followed every session. Include the email address you used to buy Reset so we can find your order. Please don’t send card details or health information.

We’ll process your refund within 14 days of receiving your request. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to show the money in your account. Refunded Reset access will end; access you’ve bought separately for another programme won’t be affected.

You can start straight away and still use this guarantee. It’s in addition to your statutory rights and doesn’t limit your rights if the content is faulty, misdescribed or not supplied as agreed.

Fair treatment and questions

This draft does not attempt to waive consumer rights or exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. It does not introduce a blanket no-refund rule or automatic renewal.
